1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("user," "customer," "you") and Vita Regain ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), concerning your access to and use of the vitaregain.com website as well as any purchases you make through the site.
By accessing our site and purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetics, we can only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging with tags intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at contact@vitaregain.com for authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
For damaged or defective products: Please contact us immediately at contact@vitaregain.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a prompt resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
3. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
You may request to cancel or modify your order by emailing us at contact@vitaregain.com immediately after placing it. We will make every effort to accommodate your request only if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified, and our standard return policy will apply.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship across India. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Methods & Estimates: We partner with reputable courier services. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
