We strive to deliver your Vita Regain products to you efficiently and reliably. Please review the following details about our shipping processes.

1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within India. Please note that for the protection of your order, we can only ship to locations serviced by our partnered courier services. While we aim to reach every pin code, delivery to some remote or inaccessible areas may require the recipient to pick up the shipment from the nearest courier hub or Post office.

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your orders.

  • Standard Shipping: ₹75

    • Estimated Delivery: 7-10 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, logistics delays, and public holidays.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us.

5. What If I'm Not Available to Receive My Package?
Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery twice. If you are not available, they will leave a notification. It is your responsibility to contact the courier service to schedule a redelivery or pick up the package from their local hub. Packages that are not picked up from the hub within the courier's stipulated time frame will be returned to us.

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you. Reshipping will require a new shipping fee.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Packages that are returned to us as "unclaimed" will be treated as a refused delivery. A refund will be processed for the product cost, minus the original and return shipping fees.

​Return and Refunds Policy

At Vita Regain, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the hygienic nature of skincare and haircare, we have a strict policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Our Hygiene Policy
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed condition. This policy is non-negotiable and is in place to protect all our customers.

2. What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns for a full refund (minus original shipping costs) only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of you receiving the order.

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery at contact@vitaregain.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
Step 3: Securely pack the product in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We apologize if you received a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Please contact us immediately at contact@vitaregain.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and its packaging. We will quickly arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return the eligible unopened item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
